Specific FIBRE OPTICS conditions for businesses
1- LINE FEE
a) The amount of the monthly line fee is included in the price of the fibre optics pack.
2- DETAIL OF Landline CALLS
a) Unlimited calls to national landlines every month (billing cycle) and 60 minutes to mobile.
b) Once the mobile call limits are reached from the landline, calls will be billed at 24.20 cents /min + call set at 20 cents.

main line associated with the pack
a) Monthly subscriptions that are renewed on the 1st of each month and the previous month’s amount is charged directly to the customer’s bank account.
b) The invoice shows the cost of the specific rate plus the increase, if any, generated by calls or off-season browsing.
4- VOICE SUBSCRIPTIONS
a) Unlimited rates (WE WANT) unlimited calls to national landlines and mobiles, with call set-up included.
b) Use of voice service for telephone conversations only and not for other uses such as walkie talkies or the like. The SIM can only be used on mobile devices; it is prohibited in switchboards, SIM-boxes, telephone booths or other elements of telephone traffic concentration in which mass calls are made or for data traffic management services. In the case of these types of uses, calls will be billed at 10 cents /min and 20 cents. call setup.
5- SECOND LINES
a) Second line rates must be associated with a fibre optics + Mobile or fibre optics + Landline + Mobile. They cannot be associated with Loose Mobile or Loose fibre optics rates.
b) The promotion of the second line with 3GB and unlimited calls for free it's inly available if you contract a pack.
6- DATA SUBSCRIPTIONS
a) Navigation based on the Gigabytes contracted at maximum speed according to coverage (GPRS, 3G, 3G + i4G).

c) Data overflow: At the end of the data subscription, the browsing speed will drop to 16 Kbps.
d) Consumption notice: When consuming 80% and 100% of the data subscription, the customer will receive the notice via SMS. This SMS may be delivered late, as it will not be issued until the end of the consumer session performed by the customer .
a) SMS: 9.68 cents /SMS to national destinations and 30.25 cents /SMS to international destinations.
b) SMS Premium: This service is not available.

8- BREAKING THE fibre optics + MOBILE PACKAGE

9- EXPENSES and PENALTIES
a) Registration fee: A cost of € 12.10 will be applied for activating the fibre optics service. In case of a converged package (fibre optics + Landline + Mobile) the cost of the SIM of the main line is free and no shipping costs of the SIM will be applied, as this will be delivered by the technician.
If more mobile lines are contracted, the same charges will apply as for the loose mobile (for shipping).
b) Penalty for cancellation /cancellation of installation: in the event that the customer requests the cancellation or cancellation of the service during the following 12 months from the date of commencement of the service, the penalty tion will be € 150 (price without VAT). Except fibre optics 100 and 600 loose.
c) Penalty for non-return of equipment: In the event of requesting cancellation, the customer must return the fibre optics equipment /router for the next 30 calendar days. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 100 will be applied for installation costs.
d) Shipping costs of the installer: the service of the installer to register the service or in case of incident it's free. Particular conditions AGILE TV
Service associated with loose fibre optics or pack
a) AgileTV is a product distributed by Parlem. The TV service is provided by Over the Top Networks Ibérica, S.L.
b) When you contract the AgileTV service, you will receive a 4K TV Box decoder on transfer.
c) Agile TV service must always be associated with a 100/600 fibre optics.
a) The price for customers is € 6 per month.
11- EXPENSES AND PENALTIES AGILE TV
a) Shipping costs: A cost of € 12.10 will be applied for shipping the decoder. The shipping cost will be unit for each device.
b) Penalty for cancellation /cancellation of installation: in the event that the customer requests the cancellation or cancellation of the service during the following 12 months from the date of start of the service, the penalty will be € 84 prorated.
c) Penalty for non-return of equipment: In the case of requesting cancellation, the customer must return the decoder for the next 30 calendar days. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 100 will be applied as the cost of the device.
