  • Ernst & Young confirms in its audit the results for the 2025 financial year: revenues of €49.5M and positive recurring EBITDA of €2.8M
  • Third consecutive year with positive recurring EBITDA, in a sector environment of intense pricing pressure
  • Parlem Group anticipates 2026 as an inflection point, with a business plan focused on cash generation and sector consolidation

Parlem Group has published the final audited results for the 2025 financial year, reviewed by Ernst & Young. The company achieved revenues of €49.5M, broadly in line with the prior year, and maintained a positive recurring EBITDA of €2.8M for the third consecutive year, in a particularly demanding sector environment marked by intense deflationary price pressure and a wave of low-cost offerings that has pushed some operators into financial difficulty.

Stable revenues and recurring business

Telecommunications revenues grew by +1% year-on-year and account for 92% of Parlem Group’s total revenues, increasing their relative weight compared to 2024. The Tech division (cybersecurity, digitalization and cloud) contributes the remaining 8%, reinforcing business diversification.

Average ARPU remained at around €37 — a key indicator of customer base quality despite intense sector-wide pricing pressure.

Positive recurring EBITDA for the third consecutive year

Parlem Group recorded a recurring EBITDA of €2.8M, confirming the strength of a business model built on proximity and service quality. This figure is below the 2024 level, an evolution driven primarily by the especially intense competitive environment and the operational disruption associated with the failed transaction with Avatel Telecom.

Recurring structural costs remained stable year-on-year.

Operational indicators: quality over volume

The base of 251,321 active RGUs reflects a customer acquisition strategy focused on quality and profitability. OCU has once again ranked Parlem among the highest-rated telecommunications operators by consumers in Spain in its March 2026 satisfaction survey, reinforcing Parlem Group’s positioning as a benchmark for proximity and service quality.

Corporate transactions and governance

During the year, Parlem Group completed the acquisition of Blaufibra in the Vallès Oriental and Occidental regions, bringing a consolidated customer base, proprietary fibre infrastructure and positive EBITDA generation from day one.

Regarding the transaction with Avatel Telecom, on 26 March 2026 Avatel communicated its irrevocable withdrawal. Parlem Group considers operator consolidation to be an absolute strategic priority and remains actively prepared to participate in sector consolidation throughout 2026.

On governance, Executive Chairman Ernest Pérez-Mas has assumed executive responsibilities and is leading Parlem Group into its new chapter.

2026–2028 business plan and outlook

Parlem Group is working on a 2026–2028 business plan with a primary focus on generating positive cash flow and optimising profitability, supported by AI-driven process automation with the potential to deliver savings of up to 20% in operating costs.

Looking ahead to 2026, Parlem Group anticipates an inflection year at which investments made, together with the identified operational and corporate synergies, should enable a significant step forward in business performance, margins and cash generation. Parlem Group is actively positioned to lead sector consolidation and capture the resulting opportunities for scale and efficiency.
