Members of the Board of Directors

Ernest Pérez-Mas holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from URL (Ramon Llull University), a degree in Marketing and Sales from ESADE, and an Executive Education (PDG) from IESE. A telecoms industry expert, he has extensive experience in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Throughout his career, he has held various executive roles in multinational companies such as Alcatel, Lucent, and Avaya, including the management of business units at the EMEA level.
As an entrepreneur, he has founded several telecom companies, where he has served as a non-executive director. Prior to founding Parlem, he collaborated with Barcelona Mobile World Capital.

Carme Hortalà holds a degree in Law from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a degree in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona, and has completed an Executive Education (PDG) at IESE. She has over thirty years of experience in the financial sector, where she has held various leadership roles and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the capital markets both in Catalonia and the United States. She has been a member of numerous Boards of Directors and has actively engaged in promoting gender equality.
Throughout her career, she has served as CEO, Director, and Chief Compliance Officer at Ceras Global Advisory, and has worked in the Finance Department of the Barcelona City Hall. It is also worth noting that she is a co-founder of WhE (Women Hispanic Executives) and currently serves on the Economic Commission of FC Barcelona, as well as Director of Corporate and International Development at the financial services group GVC Gaesco.

Josep Maria Echarri Torres holds a degree in Economics and in Actuarial and Financial Sciences, both from the University of Barcelona, and a Master’s in Financial Management from ESADE. He developed his professional career as the Chief Financial Officer of Oryzon between 2003 and 2007 and previously was responsible for the first comprehensive program for the creation of technology companies sponsored by a Spanish administration.
Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Inveready Asset Management, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. and President of Inveready Financial Group, entities of which he is a founding partner. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of over 10 companies, such as MasMóvil Ibercom, S.A., Agile Contents, S.L. (listed on BME Growth), Atrys Health, S.A. (listed on BME Growth), Oryzon Genomics, S.A. (listed on the regulated market), Audax Renovables, S.A. (listed on the regulated market, where he serves as an independent director), and Palo Biofarma, S.L.
Additionally, he is a member of the Institute of Directors-Administrators (ICA) and holds the diploma in good corporate governance for professional directors.

Xavier Capellades holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from La Salle, an MBA from Manhattan College, and executive training at MIT-Sloan School. He has worked at companies such as Telefónica, Roche, and Banc Sabadell, in addition to founding innovative start-ups such as Nomo and Wututu. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Tech Barcelona and the Advisory Board of EAE Business School.

Albert Buxadé holds a degree in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona and an Executive Development Program (PDD) from IESE. He has developed an extensive professional career in the telecommunications sector. Over the course of 24 years, he held significant positions at Vodafone. In 1995, he joined Vodafone as Regional Sales Manager and later became Director of Sales Operations. He concluded his tenure at the company as Director of Vodafone in Catalonia and Aragón for more than 14 years. During this period, he was notably involved in projects promoted by MWCapital and in securing tenders for telecommunications services from the Generalitat, the Parliament, and the Barcelona Provincial Council. Since 2019, he has worked as a business and executive coach under the firm Albert Buxadé.

Mr. Oriol Lobo Baquer holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from IE Business School.
He began his professional career at the Planeta Group as Sales Manager and later as Regional Manager (Catalonia, Balearic Islands, and the Valencian Community). In 2013, he joined Ona Capital Privat SCR, where he currently serves as Managing Director.

Team and leadership

He holds a degree in Telecommunications and has completed master’s programs in Management and Sales & Marketing at IESE and ESADE. He has worked for 20 years in various roles at the EMEA level for European and North American technology companies, with responsibilities in territorial management or corporate divisions. As an entrepreneur, he has founded several technology companies, including Parlem Telecom.

A graduate in Economics with a postgraduate degree from IESE, Pablo Mancilla has over 30 years of experience in both executive roles and on boards of listed companies and those with private equity investments, with a clear focus on business and extensive experience in crisis management.
He began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young and as a financial analyst at the CNMV. Later, after working as an analyst and controller for listed companies held by Agrupación Mutua, he took on the role of CFO for its real estate subsidiary for 9 years, successfully leading the company to its IPO on the Continuous Market.
Following this, he shifted his career focus to the retail sector, working at companies like Equivalenza and La Sirena, where he led balance sheet restructuring and contributed to the business transformation as CFO and board member

Montse Lavilla is a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a distinguished career in the digital realm and over 20 years of experience with companies such as Havas Media, Engel & Völkers, SotySolar, and Adevinta. She has served as the marketing and communications director for renowned brands like Segundamano, InfoJobs, Coches.net, and Fotocasa, among others.
In addition to her professional work, Montse is an author, speaker, and has been teaching for over 23 years at business schools and universities like the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University. She was awarded the Leadership Award for the Best Marketing Professional of the Year by the Barcelona Marketing Club in 2018 and the Leader in Renewable Energy of the Year Award by Energy Box in 2023.

Arnau Rodoreda holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, along with a postgraduate degree in Finance from ESADE. He has solid experience in corporate transactions and strategic advisory. Before joining the Parlem Group, he worked at Crea Inversión, an M&A boutique specializing in fast-growing SMEs and tech startups, where he started his career as an analyst and eventually took on leadership roles. In May 2024, he joined the Parlem Group to lead corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

With over two decades of experience in the business world, our CEO brings extensive global expertise in the digital and telecommunications sectors. He has worked at companies such as Telefónica, Roche, and Banco Sabadell, and has founded innovative start-ups such as Nomo and Wututu.
A Telecommunications Engineer from La Salle, with an MBA from Manhattan College and executive training at MIT-Sloan School, he is also a board member of Tech Barcelona and an advisor to the EAE Business School.
His mission at Parlem, as a publicly listed company on BME Growth, is to drive its growth and establish it as the leading proximity telecommunications operator in the sector. He leads business strategy and operational excellence to meet financial objectives set by the Board of Directors and all investors.

Xavier Granollers holds a degree in Computer Engineering, a master’s in project management, and has completed various training courses in artificial intelligence and agile methodologies.
With over twenty years of professional experience in the online and development sectors, he has collaborated with leading companies such as Anuntis, Infojobs, Autoscout, and KidsAndUs, working in multicultural environments across several countries, including Europe and Latin America.
Building on this extensive career, his mission at the company is to contribute his expertise in IT management, information systems, and support the activities and projects of other areas.

Mar Datsira began her professional career at multinational companies like Accenture. Drawn to people management, she complemented her legal studies with specific training in human resources, which led her to the federative sector, working at the Federació de Salut Mental de Catalunya in the people department and leading the rights area.
She continued her career in the public administration, developing professional orientation projects, until 2022, when she returned to the private sector, attracted by the values of the Parlem Group. Since 2023, she has been serving as the Human Resources Director.
