Yes. Through the portability process you can change operators without changing your phone number. We’ll talk to your current operator to assign you a transfer date as soon as possible. The new Parlem SIM will arrive before your portability goes into effect and will be disabled until then. On the day your operator changes, the old one will stop working (usually overnight) and you can start using Parlem.

Until 2 May 2022, we will reduce your stay for only 3 months and if you are not satisfied, leave without obligation. If you leave before then, you will have to pay the non-completion penalty.

The Wi-Fi router is free during service. Once you no longer use our services you will need to return it. Otherwise you will have to pay a penalty. The cost of the device is € 12.10.
