Even so, if you have any inconvenience, you have 14 days to return it without commitment, provided that the device meets the conditions of return. The warranty covers all errors which are not caused by incorrect use such as:

-That the product has been modified by the customer or by a third party, or that a third party software has been installed.

-Generally, any damage that has originated after the sale on the external part of the device.
-The product has been opened or repaired by a third party not approved by Bak2Life.
-The product is melted or rusty, the screen broken or unglued.
Yes. The hiring of a mobile + terminal line has a permanence of 24 months associated to the cost of the device and line. In the case of a low in the period of permanence, expenses will be prorated.
