STATEMENT CPI INCREMENT

We want to inform you about a recent update of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the consequent price increase in our sector that has led to an adjustment to our rates.

We will implement a small 4% increase in our rates to reflect these economic changes. This measure allows us to maintain the quality of our services and continue to offer the best customer service throughtout the state.

These changes will be applied from 1st January 2024, and will be reflected in your invoice that you will receive in the beginning of February.

 

Affected products by the increase in CPI

Except for products contracted from 1st july and Agile TV product, the rest of the products are affected by the increase.

UPDATE SMS PRICES

We also inform you that from 1st March, 2024 we update the conditions of your contracted mobile services. New conditions: National SMS at 0,30€ (VAT included) / SMS international (non-EU countries) at 0,73€ (VAT included) / SMS international at 1,21€ (VAT included).
