1- LINE FEE

A) The amount of the monthly line fee is included in the price of the ADSL pack.

2-DETAIL TRUNCATED FROM FIXED

A) Unlimited calls to national landlines each month (billing cycle) and 60 minutes to mobile.

B) Once the phone call limits have been reached from the landline, calls will be billed at 8 cents/min + CALL establishment at 15 cents.

3-SHIPPING and INSTALLATION

A) Installation details: The technician will make a first visit in order to make the installation.

B) the router shipment will be performed once the installation is complete.

4-EXPENSE and PENALTIES

A) high costs: A cost of €12.10 per activation of the ADSL service will be applied. In case of a convergent package (ADSL + landline + mobile)

If more mobile lines are hired, the same expenses will be applied as the mobile loose (for shipment).

B) Penalty for cancellation/cancelling installation: In the event that the customer requested the cancellation or termination of the service in the following 12 months from the service start-up date, the penalty will be €120 in the concept of installation costs.

C) penalty for non-return of equipment: In the case of low payment, the customer will have to return the fibre optics equipment/router for 30 calendar days. In case of non-compliance, a penalty will be applied €61 in the concept of non-return of the router.

C) Installer shipping costs: The installer service to register the service or in case of incident is free of charge. Only in the event that the client requests the service of a technician and it is not necessary or for unjustified causes, the customer will have to pay €50 for unjustified visit of the technician.
