Will I have good cell phone coverage?

Parlem Telecom works on Yoigo and Orange mobile phone network, that’s why Parlem has the same national coverage as these operators in Spain, which reaches the entire territory. In this way, we can quickly jump to secondary networks with a wider coverage area in case the main coverage goes down. So, if you're in a location where Yoigo's coverage isn't available, your device will be able to access Orange coverage. This is why the name of the network to which your device is connected may vary.

Internationally, you can enjoy the same coverage thanks to the roaming service, which will allow you to browse abroad.

Can I change operators and not lose my phone number? (portability)

Yes. Through the portability process you can change operators without changing your phone number. We’ll talk to your current operator to assign you a transfer date as soon as possible. The new Parlem SIM will arrive before your portability goes into effect and will be disabled until then. On the day your operator changes, the old one will stop working (usually overnight) and you can start using Parlem.
