Modification of the General Conditions of Contract

We take this opportunity to inform you that PARLEM and TECNOSO have modified the General Conditions of Contracts in order to adapt them to the new Law 11/2022, of June 28, General Telecommunications, which reinforces the rights of end users, as well as to modify certain operational aspects. The new conditions, (available for consultation at next link for PARLEMand at next link for TECNOSO will enter into force on October 30, 2022. If you are not in compliance with the contractual changes, you have a period of one month from this communication to terminate the contract early without penalty or additional cost.
