FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Check that it is correctly connected to the mains.
- Check that the bottom light is green. If it is red, press the top button on the TV BOX or the On/Off button on the remote control.
- Make sure you point the remote towards the TV BOX.
- Verify that pressing any button on the remote control illuminates an orange light on the bottom of the TV BOX.
- Disconnect the TV BOX from the mains and reconnect it. Let it restart automatically.

From this portal you will be able to:
- Recover your password if you have forgotten it.
- Retrieve the e-mail address which you have registered or modify the e-mail address.
Remember that for each Agile TV you have 4 mobile devices available where you can install the app, both iOS and Android.
If you have reached your device limit, you will need to delete a device from the list on your TV in order to install the app on a new device.
If you are still having problems logging in, please contact your operator at the appropriate CUSTOMER SERVICE number.
Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control or the button on the top of the TV BOX.
Please note that after several hours of inactivity, the device will sleep to save power.
Pressing any of these buttons will make it active again.
Remember that when your Agile TV Box is switched on it will show a green light at the bottom.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button on your remote control for ten seconds.
Alternatively, press and hold the top button of your Agile TV Box for 10 seconds.
Your Agile TV Box is off when it shows a red light at the bottom.
You can also disconnect it from the mains by removing the cable from your TV Box or wall socket.

- Check that the two 1.5 V AAA batteries are inserted and in the polarity position (positive + and negative -).
- Replace the two 1.5 V AAA batteries with new ones.
- Check that pressing any button on the remote control flashes the top red light on the remote control.
- Point the remote at the TV BOX.
- Switch off your TV BOX (disconnect it from the mains) and then switch it on (reconnect it to the mains).
- Re-pair your remote control via Bluetooth with the TV BOX. Simultaneously pressing the OK and Home buttons on your remote control.
- Check that you have Bluetooth enabled. Go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / BLUETOOTH and check that Bluetooth is activated.
- Check that the controller is connected via Bluetooth. Go to:

HOW TO TUNE TV CHANNELS?
To be able to watch free-to-air TV channels, you need to connect a coaxial cable to the antenna socket in your home and then connect it to the antenna socket of your Agile TV Box.
To tune in to TV channels go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / CHANNEL RE-TUNING / TV CHANNELS
Agile TV will search for all available channels in your region. It will do this first on the aerial and then search for available channels on the internet (streaming).
Once the process has been completed, you will be able to enjoy all the channels that will be automatically added to your TV grid (TV GUIDE).

WHAT TV CHANNELS CAN I WATCH ON AGILE TV?
From Agile TV it is possible to access domestic free-to-air DTT channels in both SD (Standard Definition) and HD (High Definition), both public and private.
Depending on the region you are in, you can also enjoy regional and local channels (even foreign channels if you are near a border).
CAN I RECORD TELEVISION BROADCASTS?
Yes, of those channels that you can watch live on Agile TV. You can record and schedule recordings both on your Agile TV Box and on your mobile devices.

HOW LONG WILL MY RECORDINGS BE AVAILABLE TO ME?
For a minimum of 60 days.
HOW MANY HOURS OF PROGRAMMES, FILMS OR SERIES CAN I RECORD?
350 hours. You can see how much space you have available by going to MY TV.
In the top right corner, an icon will be displayed showing how much space you have for your recordings.
WHERE ARE MY RECORDINGS HOSTED?
Your recordings are hosted in the cloud, so it won't consume the available space on your Agile TV Box.
CAN I RECORD A PROGRAMME THAT HAS ALREADY STARTED? Yes, and it will be from the beginning and complete. If you are unable to, (because, for example, it has already finished broadcasting) there is the option of accessing it from A LA CARTA / YOU MISSED IT for 7 days.
Or simply by searching for the content, the available episodes will be displayed.
- Check if the HDMI cable is correctly connected to the TV.
- Check that you have selected the HDMI input on your TV.
- Re-tune the TV channels. Follow the steps in this video.
- Check that you have connected the antenna cable (coaxial) to the TV BOX and from there to the house antenna socket.
- If the picture appears choppy or flawed, try reversing the HDMI cable. Connecting the TV end to the Agile TV and vice versa.
If none of this has worked, perform a FACTORY RESET.
Go to: SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / FACTORY DATA RESET.
VERY IMPORTANT: This action will cause all your data to be deleted. The content, applications, recordings and configurations that you have created up to that point.
If there is no sound on your Agile TV Box we recommend:
- Check if the HDMI connection to the TV is correct and the audio connections (if any) via the optical output.
- Reverse the direction of the HDMI cable. The end connected to your TV plug it into your Agile TV box and vice versa.
- Connect another HDMI cable.
- Check the volume of your TV.
- Check that what you want to view has audio included.
- Check if any external audio equipment is connected and disconnect it.
- Unplug the Agile TV Box from the mains, plug it back in and let it restart automatically.
If none of this has worked, perform a Factory Reset. Follow the steps in this video. VERY IMPORTANT: If you do this, you will lose all your own content, applications and configurations that you have created up to that point. If after restarting the box you still get this error, please contact customer support and tell the agent about your issue so that the technical team can contact you.

This can occur because of:
1- Because some audio formats are not supported:
Try removing the surround sound options.
Go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / SOUND / SELECT FORMATS and select NONE: NEVER USE SURROUND SOUND
2- You have activated the volume control by CEC.
This will depend on the model of TV you have. Try deactivating it:
Go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / HDMI and disable CEC VOLUME CONTROL
This can happen if you control different devices from the same remote control using the HDMI-CEC connection.
You must deactivate it and each device will be controlled by its own remote again, as well as avoiding strange behaviour in the equipment.
To deactivate it, go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / HDMI
It may happen that your Agile TV freezes when performing some action, to solve this problem restart your Agile TV by pressing the top button for 10 seconds until the device turns off completely and then turn it on again by pressing the same button.
You can also disconnect and reconnect it from the mains.
HOW TO INSTALL AN APP?
Follow the steps in the video below to install, uninstall and manage your favourite applications:
AN APPLICATION CLOSES OR BECOMES UNRESPONSIVE
- If an application becomes unresponsive or closes automatically, go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / APPLICATIONS / VIEW ALL APPLICATIONS
Find the unresponsive application and access it. Press FORCE STOP and the application will close completely.
- If the application keeps closing unexpectedly, go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / APPLICATIONS / VIEW ALL APPLICATIONS
Find the unresponsive application and access it. Press CLEAR DATA, confirm the data deletion and reopen the application.
- You can also update the application to the latest version available from the Google Play Store.
To do so, please go to:
APPS & GAMES / DOWNLOAD APPLICATIONS and select the user icon at the top right of the screen.
Check that the application has updates available in the list displayed. If so, select it to update it or press UPDATE ALL.
- If you want to reinstall the application, go to the Google Play Store, search for the application you want to reinstall.

System and pre-installed applications on your Agile TV cannot be uninstalled.
I CAN'T INSTALL AN APP
If you are having trouble installing an app. Follow the steps below:
- Clear Data and Cache from the Google Play Store. To do so, go to: SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / APPLICATIONS / VIEW ALL APPLICATIONS / GOOGLE PLAY STORE
- Reboot the device
- Install the application again
If an app does not appear in the search from the Google Play Store, it is not currently available for your device.
To set up PARENTAL CONTROL you must access the Agile TV menu.
SETTINGS / PROFILE SETTINGS / YOUR PROFILE / PARENTAL CONTROLS
The following steps must be taken there:
This option will only be available if you are logged in as the ADMINISTRATOR USER (the first user listed). Other profiles will not be able to set any parental controls.
You can activate the age restriction according to the classification of the contents (TP to +7, +12, +16 and +18 years).
Once you have selected the age range you wish to restrict, when accessing older content, you will be asked to enter the 6-digit PIN to be able to access it.
If you have not modified it, your PIN will be 123456.
This restriction only applies to content accessed through Agile TV, such as TV channels, recordings, you missed it and collections. Content from third-party applications such as Netflix or Prime Video manage their own parental controls, so you will need to set them independently within those applications.
HOW TO CHANGE MY PIN?
If you wish to change the PIN code, you can do so by accessing the ADMINISTRATOR PROFILE from:
SETTINGS / PROFILE SETTINGS / Select ADMINISTRATOR PROFILE / MANAGE PIN and change the PIN.
If you have not yet modified the default PIN will be 123456.

This is an energy saving feature and the TV BOX does this after several hours of inactivity.
You can modify these settings to your liking under:

In this section you can modify or remove the device's SLEEP MODE and decide when the screensaver is activated.
You can access the contents in Spanish, although others are available in English and other languages, depending on their origin.
To do this, click on the LANGUAGES AND SUBTITLES icon at the bottom of the menu of the programme you are watching.
You will be taken to a screen that will show you the languages and subtitles available for that broadcast.
The availability of languages and subtitles is subject to each broadcast.

Occasionally there may be flickering on some of your Agile TV screens or applications, this usually resolves automatically within a few seconds.
If it still persists:
- DISCONNECT and reconnect the HDMI CABLE of your Agile TV.
- Reverse the direction of your HDMI cable, connecting the end currently connected to your TV to your Agile TV Box, and vice versa.
If it continues to happen:
- Restart your Agile TV by pressing the top button for 10 seconds until the device turns off completely and then turn it back on by pressing the same button. It can also be disconnected and reconnected from the mains.
Go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / DISPLAY / RESOLUTION
Select an option from the available defaults.
You can also select the "OVERSCAN" option. Here you can manually resize your screen using the arrow keys on the remote control.

GOOGLE ASSISTANT DOES NOT WORK
If Google Assistant has stopped working, check that Bluetooth is enabled by logging in:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / BLUETOOTH
and check that Bluetooth is activated.
If the controller does not appear as a connected device, you must connect it via Bluetooth.
Follow the steps in this video to add a Bluetooth accessory.
In order to use Google Assistant features, you must agree to Google's privacy policy and terms of use.
If you have everything correctly activated, make sure you let Google Assistant finish answering a question before asking the next one.
GOOGLE ASSISTANT STOPS WORKING AFTER SEVERAL QUESTIONS IN A ROW
This happens when you are asked a new question before you have finished answering the previous one. We recommend that you do a slow search between questions so that this does not happen.
To solve it:
- Press BACK to exit the wizard.
- Press the GOOGLE ASSISTANT MICPHONE/ LOGO to ask a question.
WHEN SEARCHING I CAN'T FIND RESULTS FOR SOME APPLICATIONS
Check that the application in question is enabled to return search results.
Go to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / GOOGLE ASSISTANT / SEARCHABLE APPLICATIONS
Activate or deactivate the applications for which you want to receive results.
The Agile TV App automatically updates itself by taking it to standby or every 6 hours. But if for some reason you want to update it immediately, follow these steps:
To factory reset your Agile TV, access from the side menu to:
SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / RESET TO FACTORY DATA
VERY IMPORTANT: If you do this, you will lose all your own content, applications and settings that you have created up to that point.
